"I started training with Josh in 2017 as preparation for my wedding. I have always been healthy but I was starting to realise I wasn't perhaps as I used to be.
Although I had been a member of the gym for a couple of years i'd mainly used it sporadically; not having
any routine and dipping into classes sporadically. I'd certainly never done any strength and conditioning style training before and so wasn't sure what to expect.
Since training with Josh I have seen a massive improvement, not just in my fitness but also my confidence within the gym. My body is far more toned than before and I also feel much stronger, plus I get a lot of compliments on the progress I have made! I suffer with back issues which Josh has always taken into consideration, adjusting along the way so that I maintain a good technique when practicing certain exercises.
I have continued working with Josh since my wedding making this part of my weekly routine. I have really benefited from changing my attitude towards fitness and both look and feel better. I also now have confidence in the gym, tackling more than just a treadmill! A big thank you Josh!"

I had never trained with a coach before and despite being nervous he quickly made me feel at ease. I could tell immediately that he was very experienced and knew exactly how to tailor my training plan to my needs.
As time has passed I have found myself getting so much stronger both physically and mentally. I have seen physical changes in my body from our training and as a 40+ mother of two this is amazing.
Josh always knows exactly how to get the best out of me often pushing me out of my comfort zone to prove to me I am capable of so much more than I think.
